First we reviewed how the duty rotation is supposed to work: blogmasters serve six-month terms (Jan-June/July-Dec) and facilitators four month terms (Jan-April/May-August/September-December). As of January, things are a bit off cycle. Here are were the stand and how they will get back on track.
Blogmaster: Kevin completed his term as a December (but still needs to be “paid” for that term). He will work at least a couple months of this next term to help train Mariano/Katey; they will work out a fair point distribution among themselves.
Facilitator: We got off by a month last year (Abigail filled in for an extra month, got paid for it, but our schedule was slightly derailed). Celia should have been done and paid in December, but has been working her fourth month as January. She will finish her term and be paid for the standard four months in January. Jen, should it meet with her approval, will work Feb-April and be paid for a three month, pro-rated term.
We then discussed continuing to develop the groups contact page, which is currently housed as a Google document:

Everyone should please complete it, if they are comfortable doing so. Mariano suggested having everyone include an emergency contact(s), beyond the pediatrician. And Laura said that the form should be made accessible through the blog.
Past prospects have continued to be invited to meetings. Noted here for continued cultivation: Brooke and Joe Wozniak, Elena Iaffa, Colette Condor, Lauren Hale Binaris, Alan/Patricia (BG), Mei and John (BG).
Next co-op meeting to be held Monday, 3/17.
