The co-op met with and helped orient Sheila Manion-Artz, who along with her husband Manhee Bak, is interested in joining the co-op. Following the meeting, via email the group confirmed its previous approval to invite Sheila and Manhee to join the co-op.
The roster of co-op facilitator was reviewed, noting that next up would be Jen (Feb 1 through May 31st). PLEASE NOTE: In the course of the meeting, Celia made an error about which member would follow Jen. Based on the co-op seniority reflected in the sit log, Katey D. will be facilitator from June 1 through September 30.
We then discussed who would follow Kevin as blogmeister when his term is up at the end of December. While Kevin indicated he would likely be able to share the responsibilities and help train someone from Jan through March, the co-op will need a new blogmeister fully in place as of April 1. Katey said she would speak with Mariano, and Celia asked all members to consider whether they would like to train as blogmeister.
Finally, the group revisited how much to share contact information; old fashioned hard copy, Google doc, and password protected document on the web were all discussed.
